POSITION SUMMARY : With a head office based in Montpellier France, we are now expanding globally across North Europe and North America (with the opening of our New York office to serve USA/Canada before the end of the year). In order to accelerate our commercial deployment and sustain our growth, we are looking for a Business Developer / Sales & Marketing associate who is willing to take on a customer facing role to support our global business development strategy. This business development/sales & marketing operations role is a strong opportunity to someone looking for global challenges and career evolution in a fast growing dynamic entrepreneurial environment. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES & ACTIVITIES : * Business Development / Lead Generation, Nurturing & Qualification Actively seek out to source, generate, nurture and qualify new leads through business development activities : - Define and perform outbound marketing campaigns to source and qualify Leads - Perform cold emailing and cold calling/telesales to qualify Leads and book appointments - Manage and qualify incoming Marketing Leads from all channels (digital/social media, email, telephone etc.) - Source, target, nurture and qualify Marketing Leads to convert into Sales Leads - Manage and update Contact database and Leads information in SalesForce - Create and manage Marketing Leads Pipeline - Define and follow up Lead generation/qualification KPI and activity report Develop and manage customers relationship leading to Kuzzle sales: - Source, target, nurture and qualify Sales Leads - Prepare commercial and corporate marketing presentations - Identify client pain points and prepare client business cases - Organize client meetings and present solutions to Leads and Prospects - Identify and qualify Sales Leads to convert into Business Opportunities - Write sales proposals and quotations - Support and contribute to every stage of the sales cycle from Lead generation to deal closing - Create and manage Sales pipeline and Business Opportunities until deal closing - Define and follow up business development activity report and Sales KPI using Salesforce Develop and manage partnerships and relationships with partners (Value Added Resellers, System Integrators, Business Network) to increase company/brand/product visibility and to generate Leads : - Present Kuzzle offer and solution to partners - Develop and manage partners relationships and partnerships contracts - Develop business contacts through business network (B Hive etc.) - Define and follow up partnerships activity report and KPI * Sales & Marketing Operations / Event Marketing Management Manage Sales & Marketing Operations and organise business events to increase brand/product visibility and to generate Leads : - Organise company’s exhibition and corporate pitch at business events in North America ( CES Las Vegas, etc.) - Organize 1-2-1 business meetings with leads/prospects/partners - Prepare and pitch company/product corporate presentations to leads/prospects/partners - Arrange events logistics and company’s presence at business events (Tradeshows, Industry Conferences, Bespoke events, Forums, Talks, Hackathon, Webinars, Product launch, etc.) - Manage PR & Communication coverage before/during/after business events : Press Release, Social Media post, Digital Marketing, Website Blog Post etc. - Manage and prepare specific event marketing collaterals for business events (product leaflets, kakemono, demo etc.) - Prepare product launch when required - Contribute to Marketing content creation - Contribute to inbound Marketing activities - Define and follow up Sales & Marketing Operations activity reports, Event Management Reports and Marketing KPI

Profil recherché

Passionate about selling and marketing great digital technologies/software, you are looking for business development challenges with the following requirements and skills : - Master’s degree in Sales, Marketing or Business Administration - 1-3 years experience in Operational Marketing or Business Development in an international startup environment - Experience of complex B2B Sales into the Banking/FinTech, Media Publishing or Healthcare industry - Sales & Marketing operations experience with a software vendor, a tech startup or a digital services company - Hands on experience in event marketing and event management - Excellent customer presentation - Business acumen, customer oriented, service oriented - Ability to public speaking and to pitching a company/product presentation - Team player - Ability to handle rapid evolving entrepreneurial environment and fast moving digital market/competition - Curious about digital, technologies and innovation - Experience with Salesforce, Google Docs (Slides/Sheets) and Microsoft Office Powerpoint/Excel - Fluent English and French
